6. Payments and Fees

All payment terms, including amounts and schedules, are determined between the brand and influencer. CollabCatch is not liable for any disputes or defaults related to payments unless payment processing is handled directly by the platform.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By posting on CollabCatch, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content on the platform and for marketing purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Impersonation or creating fake accounts.
• Using bots or scraping tools.
• Posting illegal, harmful, or defamatory content.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Violating intellectual property or third-party rights.

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately.

10. Platform Availability
